They soon began meeting at the show every night and then began dating. As for their wedding, the two wed in 1983, a few years after they began their lovey-dovey.

As a matter of fact, the two had their first son, Austin a year before their marriage in 1982. Both Spector and her then-husband Greenfield were highly committed to each other and were together until the artist passed away in 2022.
