    Reubens died on July 30, 2023, at the age of 70, following severe hypoxic respiratory failure at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He had both myelogenous leukemia and metastatic lung cancer at the time of his death. He had been diagnosed six years prior but had not made his condition public.

    Judy’s death had saddened everyone she knew. She was a wickedly funny and sarcastic lady. She was also known to be drastically impatient and for having a Doberman named Carlos who would carry her purse.
