Afterward, from 1974 to 1977, he became an assistant attorney general of Missouri, working under the state Attorney General, John Danforth, who happened to be his Yale alumnus. Up until the early 1980s, he worked in a handful of other organizations before eventually being called by the then US President Ronald Reagan. The late President nominated the 74-year-old as the assistant secretary of education for the Office for Civil Rights in the US Department of Education.
Then from 1982 to 1990, he was the chairman of EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission). In 1991, the 41st President of the US, George H.W. Bush nominated him for the Associate Justice of the US Supreme court.

She is a graduate of Marian Central Catholic High School in Worcester. Later on, she went on to study at Lincoln University where she graduated with a degree in Business Administration.

The former flames exchanged vows on June 5th, 1971, a year after Clarence’s graduation. The nuptials was held at the All Saints Episcopal Church in Worcester.

A couple of years after divorcing Kathy, Clarence married lobbyist Virginia Lamp, on May 30th, 1987. They don’t share any biological children between them. The duo even took in Virginia’s 6-year-old great-nephew Mark Martin Jr., in 1997.

First, he didn’t disclose a single penny of his spouse’s income in his financial disclosures for 20 years. According to reports, Virginia made around $700,000 between 2003 to 2007, however, Jamal’s father didn’t disclose it. Once caught he amended his financial disclosure claiming ‘he didn’t understand the rules.’
Moreover, he also used to attend several Republican fundraising events, which is a clear violation of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges. The worse of all these accusations, Jamal’s stepmother was also accused of planning the insurrection on January 6th, 2021.
