Ghahramani was born on May 21, 1989, in Princeton, New Jersey, in the United States. As of 2023, her age is 33. Growing up in New Jersey, Aiyda also did her primary schooling there.

Talking about her parents, Ghahramani is the daughter of Bahanor Ghahramani (father) and Shahla Ghahramani (mother). Like any child, the lawyer has also shared a strong bond with her parents. Back in 2018, Aiyda shared a couple of vintage photos with her mom on the occasion of Mother’s Day and wrote,

Her Brother is an Actor

Aiyda is not the only child of her parents but also has a brother named Ariya Ghahramani. Ariya, 5ft 10in tall in height is an American television, film, and theatre actor. He is most popular for portraying the character of Amir in the HBO Emmy Award-winning series The Night Of directed by Steve Zaillian. The actor appeared in its three episodes in 2016.

Born and raised in Princeton New Jersey, Ghahramani went to Hofstra University and later earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from college. As for his acting journey, Aiyda’s brother initially did perform in several theatres like the Actors Theatre of Louisville, Cleveland Playhouse, and the Old Globe Theatre.

After high school, Randall Cobbhas’ wife Aidya went on to study at Rutgers University in 2007 and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences in 2011.

As mentioned above, Aiyda Ghahramani is a lawyer by profession though the celebrity spouse studied biology at first. She is now an attorney at Sughrue Mion, PLLC, in Washington, District of Columbia. She first joined the law firm called Sughrue while doing a summer internship in May 2012. At the time, the lawyer used to help coordinate the marketing approaches for therapeutic patent provisional.

Just a year after in May 2013, Randall’s wife Aiyda started working as a summer associate in the same law practice firm and worked there until August of the year.

In Jan 2014, Ghahramani became a legal extern and has been a certified attorney at Sughrue since August 2014. She predominantly practices patent infringement litigation in Federal Courts.

Aiyda Ghahramani is The Wife of Randall Cobb: Their Wedding and Marriage Details

As mentioned earlier Aiyda is more popular among people as the wife of American footballer Randall Cobb. The couple exchanged their vows in a black-tie wedding ceremony held at The Pierre Hotel in New York City on 15th April 2017.

The bride said the place they chose for their big day “had significance to us,” and “It’s where we met and where we got engaged, so it only made sense.”

As for their wedding attire, Aiyda opted for a figure-flattering gown designed by Carolina Herrera for her big day while the groom wore a sleek tuxedo by Ralph Lauren paired with Louis Vuitton shoes and Burberry cufflinks.

The footballer said of their big day,

“I was nervous the entire day leading up to the wedding. But the moment I saw her during the first look, she brought me peace. Which she always does.”

The attendees from the groom’s side were several high-profile athletes including two of his Packers teammates, quarterback Aaron Rodgers and receiver Jordy Nelson.

The soon-to-be husband and wife’s wedding weekend began with an intimate dinner party at Shay & Ivy, in New York City’s Flatiron district followed by their welcome reception. Their wedding party included eight bridesmaids and nine groomsmen as per The Knot.

After their civil ceremony, Aiyda Ghahramani and her husband Randall said their “I do’s,” at a cultural Persian wedding. It was designed by Ghazal Hajizadeh. For their second ceremony, both the duo was seated at a traditional Persian ceremony table (known as Sofreh Aghd), a traditional wedding ceremony spread.

The bride told the tabloid the couple “wanted to blend our cultures.” After they tied the knot, Aiyda and her hubby Cobb along with their 235 wedding guests went to the grand ballroom of the hotel. There, the couple and their guests enjoyed crusted filet mignon with sweet potato gratin and herb-crusted halibut with Parisienne potatoes.

Ghahramani and her husband then went for their five-tier vanilla cake by Ron Ben-Israel Cakes. After finishing all rituals and celebrations, they had a great dance session along with an accomplished DJ Martin D’Arce who also played Persian music at the time.

Ghahramani said,

“Our band was beyond amazing, and the DJ integrated Persian music. We had so many people that didn’t want the party to end.”

Aiyda Ghahramani Met Her Husband Cobb in 2011

Talking about their first meeting, Ghahramani met her future hubby Randall Cobb at an EA Sports event at Manhattan hotspot Lavo in 2011. Aiyda recalled their first meeting,

“It was such a special night for us. We had an instant connection and became fast friends.”

At the time, the footballer was drafted by the Green Bay Packers while Ghahramani had just entered law school in New Hampshire.

Although there was an instant connection between the two, they didn’t start dating soon. Aiyda explained the reason,

“We both realized the timing was not right to start something romantic.” But, they became inseparable.

The duo only began their romantic relationship three years after in 2014. Ghahramani told The Knot their “friendship will always be the foundation of our love.” She added,

“We just have such a comfortable, easy relationship… While I was focused on studying for the bar exam, Randall made every effort to be my biggest support system. He would make me breakfast every morning, take me to work, pick me up, make dinner, and sit in silence while I studied.”

Two years after the couple became a girlfriend and boyfriend, they got engaged in the Spring of 2016. In fact, Aiyda’s then-boyfriend popped the question during her 27th birthday trip to New York City. She said that her partner “walked me through a path of candles to the exact spot where he first said hello.”
